Putting a Cap on the Bottled Water Industry

This article is about the argument about drinking water between Nestle and Beacon Hill.  Nestle, in years past, started claiming that their milk was better than a mother's milk for newborn babies.  They have started doing this by creating a name that their water is better than Beacon Hill's, because it is "pristine water."  Amy Vicker, the writer of this editorial, creates a rising feeling that Nestle is holding some things back from the people.  Also, she creates tension towards Nestle by saying that if they drill for water in these small towns, then it puts risks on the natural things, fisheries, and conservation land.  The act of drilling for water for the Nestle company would harm the natural water that people are getting from wells. People in these small towns are getting mad because they don't want people to take the natural water that they live over and pay for by using the wells.
This article also creates tension towards Nestle bottling company by telling the audience that it is not environmentally safe.    The people argue that they need the water in their town and argue the right that it is theirs to use.  Big bottling companies, like Nestle, do not need to take their water when it is such a crucial aspect of this town.
